Vishwa Bharathi College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Perecherla, Guntur, was started in 1997 by Bharathi Educational Society, a women driven educational society. The Society was established in 1996 with an objective to promote quality education related to health care of the society under the leadership of Late Sri O.P.Narayana and Smt. O. Shakunthala. Vishwa Bharathi College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Guntur started the B.Pharm course in 1997 and Diploma in Pharmacy course in 2003.  Under the dynamic leadership and management of Smt. O. Shakunthala, Secretary & Correspondent, the college showed a multifaceted development during the last 8 years and it is now rated as one of the Best Pharmacy colleges in Andhra Pradesh.  The college is striving to reach excellence in Pharmacy education.   Bharathi Educational Society was established in the year 1997 with an aim to promote quality based technical education.  Society started their activity with the promotion of B.Pharmacy Course under the name of ‘Vishwa Bharathi College of Pharmaceutical Sciences’ at Perecherla, Guntur.
